Storage in additions to space contained inside the unit can be a concern for condominium Buyers and Owners. Downsizing or storage of big toys like canoes can be limiting in a Condominium. A condo buyer should be clear on the availability, options, rules, and restrictions with regards to storage. Be clear on the requirements for the buyer during the sales process!
